How do you deliver the keywords?

 

The keyword lists are delivered in CSV format (Comma Separated Value) or text file format. You can easily import them into Microsoft Office Excel or OpenOffice. You can also copy and paste them directly into the web form when setting up a new marketing campaign.

 

Why do you need approx. 10 keywords/phrases from me (customer) to build keyword lists?

 

When you know that you are looking for keywords you already have a good impression about what you are trying to promote. You know some basic keywords already for your product. I want to know what exactly you are trying to promote with what keywords. That way I will be able to get you the best possible list of keywords. How good is a very generic list of keywords to you and me? It's worth nothing. You will not be able to succeed with a list of too generic keywords. If you do not succeed, I do not succeed because it means I did a lousy job. I like to do my homework upfront so that I can deliver the best possible value for you.

 

What tools do you use to generate keyword lists?

 

I use a combination of free tools, online database subscription services, and different commercial software applications. If you would like to get the same setup, you would spend hundreds of dollars a month just to get the same access to data that I have. I am able to split my cost and time across all customers and therefore provide the great prices you see on my website. To protect the nature of my business and my income I cannot provide you with more details. All tools and products can be found by searching Google, Yahoo, and MSN though. Be prepared to use your credit card more than you want though. ;-)

 

Do you accept new customers for PPC campaign management?

 

Unfortunately at this time I do not accept customers for PPC campaign management. However - you can contact me with campaign specific data (ad copy, landing pages, bid prices, etc.) and I'll be happy to provide you with some comments and maybe helpful advice. However - I might or might not be able to provide useful feedback depending on availability and time constraints. But I'll try. Click here to contact me with your questions. Are your keyword lists pre-build?

 

I see some competitors doing that. That would be tempting and save me a lot of time and therefore money. But I do not consider that great value for you - the customer. As you probably know, the search engine market is extremely dynamic and changes almost daily. Keyword trends are shifting accordingly. A keyword list build 6 months ago, might have worked well for PPC marketing back then, but will certainly be outdated today. I build all customer lists from scratch after they are being ordered. This will assure that the latest available data is being used.

 

How old is the data you use to build your keyword lists?

 

I am not able to provide a specific cutoff date for each data source I am using. However, I am subscribing to different data sources + I monitor trends myself and so whatever the latest data is that is available - it is being used for your keyword list. When building keyword lists I am also putting efforts into the final list that looks for keyword popularity. How good is a keyword that is only used for search once a year? By comparing older data with newer one a change in popularity of a keyword will eventually be detected.

 

How fast is the turnaround time after ordering a list of keywords?

 

It depends on several factors. Some keywords/topics/industries/products require more research time than others. It also depends on my overall work load to fulfill orders. Usual turnaround time is 24-48 hours for orders. Very often however - keyword lists can be provided at a faster time (that is based on experience).

 

Do you treat my orders confidential?

 

Yes, I treat all orders confidential. Your success is my success eventually, because you might come back with more orders. All data about you and your order(s) is stored offline and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.

 

How long have you been in business? Who are you?

 

While providing keyword lists is a fairly new product for me, I am in business and working online for myself since 2002. The business was started as a part-time business and grew over time. Over the last 1.5 or 2 years I have been more and more involved with PPC Marketing (Pay per Click Marketing). I used it for a while, then did not need it. Started again and so on. I think this has given me the opportunity to learn and to increase my knowledge and my skills. Who am I? Do you make a living of running PPC campaigns?

 

No, I do not make a living off PPC campaigns. Actively running PPC marketing campaigns can be very rewarding, but it is also very time consuming. I do have an 18 month old son and like to spend time with my family every once in a while. My business is build around that - providing me with active and passive streams of income of different kind. That suites my lifestyle at this point better - even if I maybe could make a little more money with running PPC marketing campaigns full-time. There is a little more to it, but that should give you a better impression in regards to this question.

 

What markets do your keyword lists cover?

 

Currently I am mainly covering the North American market. Market means - keyword relevance. I have customers in Europe that use my services to serve the US market as an example. I am sure I will expand services to cover the UK (United Kingdom) search market in the near future and moving towards mainland Europe. However - for the time being I only cover the North American market.

 

Can the keywords lists be used for other purposes?

 

Yes, of course. I highly recommend buying a keyword list to webmasters who want to integrate the most important keywords into their website for search engine optimization (SEO). Building content-rich web pages filled with good and valid keywords is a very important piece when it comes to passive website marketing. My keyword lists do not only contain keywords, but they also contain information about how popular a search term (keyword/phrase) has been over time. Using those popular keywords inside a webpage is an important piece when it comes to high rankings in search engines.
